Here are Trader-X's "Five Rules For Life":

1.) Live in the now.
It is easy to get caught up in what happened in the past, or what might happen much so that we often forget about the present moment. But will the things you are worrying about really matter in five years? Can you change what happened in the past? No - but most of us will regret not living today once it is gone.

2.) Meditate.
Meditating means different things to different people. To me it means teaching your mind to slow down and focus. You will be amazed at how much better you perform in all aspects of your life when you learn to focus your mind and eliminate all the racing thoughts and worthless chatter that currently take up most of your brainpower.

3.) Be nice to other people.
There are several ways to describe this - "the golden rule", karma, what goes around comes around. The bottom line is the way you act and treat others will ultimately come back to you...maybe not immediately, but eventually. So be kind and be nice - there is no reason to be anything else.

4.) Get up early.
I get more accomplished in the first few hours of the day than any other time. If you get up and get at it, you will be amazed at how much you can get done and how smooth the rest of your day will be.

5.) Take care of your body.
It sounds cliche, but it is the only one you have. Being unhealthy makes everything so much harder - the aches, pains, illness, mental strain. All because you eat fast food every day and cannot put aside 20 minutes to exercise.
